help 4 electroacupunctre

hi everyone

I want stimulate the liv3(taichong) with electroacupunctre

but I don,t know that if one electrode be in live 3 point where must be the

another electrode?

please help me about the another point for stimulating liv3 ( for induce

hypotension)

the unit that I use has a ground pole that the patient holds in their hand, as

it diffusely grounds the bodys field so the stimulus may be applied to a

specific point

there are also units that have two probes of alternating current and you would

treat the same point on both sides at the same time

you may also treat two points on the same side with that technique as the

current constantly alternates

Dear Mehran, you may also choose local pts for their therapuetic

value for patient, even if their value addresses only secondary

health concerns, eg stiffness GB34, fatigue or indigestion St36(a

point undervalued because of familiarity) or a kid pt. Look up pt

function to help choose in TCM principles. Also, patient can self-

massage K1, hypertension groove on back of ear, ans the good old

combinations of St36/Sp6 andLI11/LI4(or in this case Hrt3 or P6).
