To motivate vets to try EFT, show them our vets video. Here is a vet's honest response after first watching it: "I sat and watched the video and was crying to think that those guys had the same symptoms that I have. The VA doesn't tell you, won't admit that others suffer all those same things. They just put you on drugs and therapy which is useless. They locked me up several times and it did no good. I have a PhD in psychology and I thought it was all crap. It did no good for me or for my clients. It didn't do anything except make me angrier.

EFT is the first thing I've seen that could even give me any hope of actually having a life, after nearly 40 yrs. of torment. I've tried all kinds of healing modalities, natural medicine both for the physical and emotional. This is the first thing I've come across that looks viable. Seeing the response of the vets in the video gave me some hope. I'm a show-me kind of person; I don't believe anything until I see it. This is the first thing that I've seen that really looked like it could make a difference." Name withheld for privacy reasons

Featured Article #1: EFT for searing chest pain at 5am: Kay Alexandra from the UK woke up early one morning with a fierce pain in her chest and used EFT to dramatically reduce its impact. She concludes, "I am deeply impressed with the EFT system. It seems to be a marrying of East and West beliefs about the body and mind, the physical meridian system and the Freudian 'unconscious' and all the processes stemming from this." As always, physicians should be consulted where appropriate. Email Kay

Featured Article #2: Rapid recovery for a "frozen shoulder" that was supposed to take up to 3 years: Carol Solomon was told by her doctor that it would take 1.5 to 3 years to recover from her frozen shoulder. She used EFT and recovered from most of the problem in short order. The fact that there is still some problem left doesn't mean that EFT didn't work ... or that it was incomplete. Rather, it points to more issues that need addressing. She says, "After a lot of soul searching, I realized there were several areas of my life where I felt a lot of weight on my shoulders. As I have worked through these issues on my own, the pain in my shoulders has gotten better and better. I wouldn't say it's exactly 100% yet, but I wasn't about to wait 1-3 years for it to get better on its own - not with EFT at my fingertips!" Featured Article #3: Personal Pleasure Procedure - Using EFT to improve your romantic life: Nancy Morris goes into very personal details for those wanting to improve their pleasure in love making. She says, "First, you must discover the barrier(s) between you and the pleasure you long for. Once these blocks have been identified, EFT can be applied to clear past incidents and beliefs that are holding you back." Email Nancy and Visit her website

Articles evidencing the existence of energy meridians: So many new EFT'ers want complete descriptions of the meridian system, exactly which meridians we are accessing, and more accurately, they want to explain how EFT works. Along those lines, Fred Gallo, PhD has compiled a collection of useful articles on energy meridians for our reference. A dog phobia case that required persistence: Some phobias, to our delight, vanish within one or two rounds of tapping. A few take ongoing persistence. We're not sure why this variance, of course, because we are still in the beginning stages of exploring these remarkable procedures. A thank you to Dr. Marilyn Deak, my dear friend from Delaware, for giving us a dog phobia case that required persistence. These are the types of cases that require love and caring as well as skill and patience. They represent the type of challenges that help us perfect our art of delivery. Down Syndrome and EFT: People often ask me about the usefulness of EFT with those who might be mentally retarded or emotionally impaired. We have had many encouraging reports of success in this area, some of which are already on our web site. Below is a recent message to me from "John" regarding the voluntary use of EFT by his son. War trauma--no more nightmares: Very few traumatic events can compete with the horrors of war. The aftermath, for those who survive, include constant battlegrounds within the soldiers' psyche. Flashbacks. Deep anxiety. Nightmares. And on it goes. EFT is often very effective with war trauma and, in my opinion, every soldier in the world should be given mandatory sessions. The effect on our veterans would be beyond awesome. Maybe someday.... Crystal Hawk expertly applies EFT to a soldier. Here is the story. Very simple relief for an intense phobia. What is a phobia anyway?: Karen Ledger provides us with a fascinating "phobia case" that, as the case unfolds, suggests that it may actually be a response to a past traumatic event. As you will see, Karen's standard use of EFT on the fear (or whatever label you give it) was enough to give rapid and lasting relief to this 15 year "irrational fear." It's fine to call it a phobia, by the way. Call it anything you like. Call it a fribdipple or a scorenitz, if you wish. But use EFT on the fear using the client's language as your guide. Some brief phobia cases--snakes & phobias/bugs: Most phobias respond pretty quickly to EFT. Accordingly, we get some almost magical "one minute wonders" with them that are a delight to watch. A thank you to Meryl Beck for giving us a few such cases.
