Guest guest
> Severe muscle cramps in the legs. > While members are giving advice about certain supplements, I advise anyone reading to research and/or energy check what your own body requires. Yes, potassium/magnesium/zinc certainly helps relieve muscle aches, as does COQ10 if you are taking beta blockers. As does drinking water in the correct amount, as does stretching and exercising to your own bodies requirements. Please listen to your body, and to your body's response to certain interventions. Personally, I cannot emphasize enough 1) drinking water, 2) exercising 3) getting enough sleep and 4) taking mag/pot/zinc if you need it. But you must determine what you need, and in what amount any of this is the best for you. That's the real trick, to regulate what you need for your body. Of course, in a pinch, you could use EFT or other EP modalities to get you past your pain. However, if you are not exercising, drinking enough water, getting the vitamins and supplements you need, you are not fixing the problem, you are treating the symptoms with EFT. Use EFT to get you past the tipping >point so you DO exercise, drink clean water, and >give your body the >nutrients it needs to maintain health and wellness. I did love your post. Thank you. In addition to all of the above good stuff you accurately gave... ....and the Energy Psychology to help with the perturbances of the emotional/physical issues... ....something like a very simple lymphatic massage of both legs does help tremendously... ....even in athletes. Massage deeply the Large Intestine lymphatics on the outside of the thighs (where the seams of the pants are)... ....and massage deeply on the inside of the thighs (mid-thigh to the knees) where the Small Intestine llymphatics are. ....also massage under the rib cage (more large intestine lymphatics). And morning shower time, under the hot spray is a great time to do it for less pain when done. An evening time would be the hot-tub time. Just make it part of your daily routine. Guest guest
Thanks for the post Doc! I did have some sharp pains in my legs. The EFT didn't seem to help it. I did some lymphatic massages and then ALSO changed my diet, and it sure helped a lot. (LOL as I was doing energy drills on my legs I " saw " clogged arteries and circulation problems due to blood sugar levels, so I changed what I was eating. People with massive away froms are funny to watch.) I had forgotten about the CAL / Mag / Zinc (along with a few other things I DID remember) to help with the arteries. The post just reminded me again. Have a nice day. Thanks for the posts. Sometimes I " forget " to reply and say thanks, but I do read them all and pay attention to them. Thanks again, Jim >docspeed2001 <docspeed2001 >Feb 27, 2009 7:09 PM > > if you have Severe muscle cramps in the legs... > >> Severe muscle cramps in the legs. >> While members are giving advice about certain supplements, I >advise anyone reading to research and/or energy check what your own >body requires.
