How do you open your heart chakra?

First, this tells me that this person is not repressing all their

feelings.

 

Notice the fear.

 

This can be used as an 'away from'.

 

Generally, I don't find it all that constructive for opening the

heart chakra and bridge circuit.

 

Second, this person needs to learn the energies of appreciation.

 

Find something that really makes them smile. When they smile, then perform the

Care Bear drill which is in the archives.

 

I would also sandwich this between Central and Governing Zip Ups.

 

Third, just stop relying totally on psychics for this kind of

information.

 

Just consider that what the psychic told you might be a curse in itself.

Probably the most important thing is to take self-

responsibility for your own health.

 

Tap the curse out.
