When you extend your fingers you are using different muscles than when you make a fist. In fact the harder you attempt to make a fist, the easier he can bend your arm. So, extend your fingers and be SURE that it is your index finger that you are pointing with. ....and the wrist should be slighly cocked/flexed upwards so the wrist is locked. Then, you don't point " at " the wall, you use your imagination and point at a wall a mile down the road... And then you USE YOUR IMAGINATION and pretend that there is an energy beam coming out of the wrist junction (NOT the fingers), an energy beam that is solid steel, and it is hooked to the wall 1 mile away. That should do it for a quickee. Now you can amaze him with your ki.
