There are a number of things I do myself before I trace the Strange Flow that involves the Care Bear drill. One of them is to Zip Up the Central and Governing meridian with the palm of my hand. These meridians deal with all the major chakras and they are also the " hypnosis " meridians. An affirmation could really be used here.
