Yes. So what we're saying basically it that some event connects an attitude - which I assume is that same as the concept of a state in NLP, that is, primarily, an emotional feeling - with a stimulus (water, cats, whatever) and this gets retriggered every so often, causing heightened triple warmer activity and a so-called allergic reaction... Like the girl described in Energy Medicine who became allergic to red grapes because that's what she was eating when she suddenly found out her mother had died, right? Well, there are lots of ways to clear this I'm sure, I'm sure I've seen you teaching allergy clearing in your seminars - and I know it's in Donna's book. Based around sedating or backflushing the triple warmer a whole bunch of times, so that's one way. You could do it with hypnosis - Dave Elman's book Hypnotherapy covers a lot of detail about allergies. Although he mostly just suppressed the symptoms I think, but even so... EFT is always good for this kind of thing - Gary Craig's last newsletter from emofree.com had details of how EFT had reduced the swelling around a person's eye. So I'm sure you could do that. Timeline Therapy would probably work pretty good. That's easy to learn - go back and find the event, release all that negative emotion/attitude. Very straightforward. I also seem to remember there's a piece in 'Heart of the Mind' by Steve and Connirae Andreas. But as we know, NLP doesn't work, so it's pointless to read the chapter in that book entitled 'Eliminating Allergic Responses', particularly paying attention to the section entitled 'The Scientific Background', because it's not safe or sensible to do anything that hasn't been verified by a dozen research studies published in peer-reviewed journals, right? Right. Cheers, Phil
