Interesting, Rick.

 

I do NOT consider coffee a nasty addiction, but a neat social drink

with NO negative side effects, at least for me, and I consume large

quanities of it daily.

 

I used to have problems with coffee, but that was due to the " other "

ingrediants I put in it, " sweet & low " , cream, or sugar.

 

As soon as I made sure the coffee was fresh, and just coffee, it's

been a pleasure to drink...

 

....and it's got to be the REAL STUFF, NOT that fake no caffine crap!

 

....and I drink loads of it.

 

Now I don't drink soft drinks. For me, those are Hell on the sinuses.

 

I do drink a couple of beers a month, whenever the urge gets me.

Then, after one beer, I do need one extra hour of sleep, which is

easy for me to get since I run my own schedules.

 

Yes, EFT will work good for ANY ADDICTION when you take into account

any secondary gains, and the 4 possible Psychological Reversals.
