Circle of Light attunements, and questions...

Dear Peggy,

Thank you, thank you thank you times infinity for the attunements, and

belated birthday wishes.....

I called the energy in and felt like I was expanding, like I was now holding

higher energies/frequencies. What a wonderful set of attunements! Of course

you are exactly on target, and succinct, that the " primary focus of energy

work is..personal spiritual development " .

A few questions, though: each attunement can be run at any time like a

crystal Shakti, right? i.e. can I intend to run " fortification " shakti for

myself when I choose?

 

Are the subsets of the attunements separate functions? Can I run the

function Kudilini under the spiritual connection attunement, separate from

angelic/devic function which is part of the same attunement?

 

Finally is the solar meditation the same as the " heart of the sun "

visualization? Sorry for being nit-picky. Thanks again, Rita
