I avoid them by avoiding alcohol, junkfood, stress, hot food and hot weather

(yeah, right, it is 100 right now).

Also on this list is (to avoid) coffee, tobacco, ginger, Mexican food,

Indian food..

 

Evening primrose oil works well for me, and I suppose borage, flax and all

those.

Dong quai works for many, as does black cohosh, vitex (though all these tend

to work better when cycled).

Natural vitamin E works for some. Mexican Yam cream, with or without

progesterone, for others.

Phytoestrogen creams for still others.

Rose geranium oil rubbed on the nipples.

Clary sage rubbed anywhere is another that has worked for me...I love the

stuff so that may be why...
