I told him, as I pointed at his mid-line, " your energies are buldging right there and NOT going down into your legs like they are supposed to... " " Here, grab that (a big red tool box), and do what I do. It'll only take about 5 seconds... ....and I showed him a simple internal kung-fu method for stretching out the meridians in that area... Then I said, " Now how strong are your legs? " (remember the drill took ONLY 5 seconds.) Wow! Here's a couple of more that'll take about a minute... ....and while he was watching I did them both, and added a modified Jo Cristi drill for the legs. In one minute " I had youthful legs again " . I then looked at Jack (my boy) and said, " tell Arnie about how you use these " ... ....and Jack talked about getting in stiff kneed adults, and within 2 minutes they had twice as much leg strength... ....and they had 1-1/2 feet higher leg flexibility and much more control.
