Guest guest
I will give this a go. Toxic Belief. I can't see auras. 1. Behaviour Level Just because you can't yet See Auras yet doesn't mean you won't. It just means you have to apply yourself more so that when you do See Auras it will be because you have taken the time and effort to do so. 2. Internal State Have you ever done something that you previously believed you couldn't do? Once upon a time no one tried to run the four minute mile because they believed it couldn't be done. With a simple skill that children can easily learn how quickly do you think you will be jumping with joy when you easily See Auras? 3. Counter Example Have you ever heard or known of anyone that believed they couldn't see auras and learnt how to? Have you ever heard or known of anyone that could see auras? 4. Positive Intent It certainly strikes me that you really do want to see auras and perhaps even help others learn to as well. Holding yourself back like that would mean you could just be like everybody else, you dont have to have this intrude in your life, or overwhelm you. But what if you were to discover that you could actually make this usefull to you in your life, in ways that are subtle and enjoyable a secret delight that you could share in ways that enrich and make your life abundant and prosperous. Now, wouldn't that be something you would enjoy? 5. Positive Cause Maybe you can't easily see auras because AURAS aren't something that are REAL to you yet so you have no Real reason to SEE AURAS. Its much easier to SEE AURAS when everyone else around you is already seeing them NATURALLY and effortlessly and they were using that skill to HAVE BETTER SEX, MAKE MORE MONEY, be HEALTHIER and SMARTER and just have their world be brighter in allways. 6. First Outcome Framing Where do you believe that will leave you when a child can easily learn that skill of seeing Auras. Of course if you don't do the drill you won't get the prize. 7. Outcome of Outcome Framing Consider whether the real issue is whether this is just an excuse to not really do whats required to make your life fun and worth living again when you learn a skill like Seeing Auras, so you get to say once again thats just not me or I don't deserve or am the kind of person that can do these things like Seeing Auras. Is it really worthwhile living with the kind of beliefs you can't play with? 8. Future Time Outcome It seems like a big deal today..and maybe that's the problem. Just for the fun of it if you were to zoom foward to the day where you could look back on your life to this day having had the opportunity to begin Seeing Auras and begin to see all the things you told yourself you couldn't do..and did..what will this experience mean in the light of that? 9. Model of the World Yes I have heard that before. Of course not all people can't see auras. Where did you first learn to view Auras in that way? Who taught this to you? 10. Criteria and Values Which do you give more importance to, giving up on Learning to See Auras and how that skill can be useful in your life and those around you watching others delight in developing Aura Seeing abilities. I think you say you can't See Auras because of how concerned you are to make sure you get it perfectly right the first time and every time you See Auras, so that you can make wise and informed decisions when playing or working with other people as you see how the variety, sparkle and difference in how much there is to be delighted and enjoy while continuosly learning about Auras. 11. Have to Frame. What stops you from Seeing Auras? What would the evidence be for you that you See Auras? 11. Allness If everyone believed they couldn't see Auras then there wouldn't be so much information on Seeing Auras available. 12. Identity So you identify as someone who " can't " See Auras. There was a time when very few could read and write, it was something that only a few could do or were worthy of learning and yet I bet you can do that every day without thinking and that doesn't seem so magical does it? 13. Abstractions How do you know that you should label Seeing Auras as something you can't do and not just the next step in actually learning how to See Auras If I could See Auras, which items would be very important? For me as I look at them its 4, 5, 10, 12 Thanks for the exercise Cheers Taso docspeed2001 wrote: > > Has anybody else run into this structure?
