La Tourrette.) ------------------------- Yes, making money from those who want to be healed by someone else is very boring. I get rid of them by refering them to someone that likes that type of client. The Grid? I did it years ago. I do need a refresher. I'll be there for the seminar after that one for sure. Maybe even for that one. I need to look at my schedule. I suggest you ask Donna & David for the " secret " Grid videos, after you sign up. Then you can pre-view the class and learn much of it before taking it. They only let those that have preregistered, signed up, have them. Unless they can changed their method of pre-study? Ask David, because I'm not sure about their current policy. Sciatica? First, I do the basic spine warmups with them... ....you know the steps. Donna calls it the " Quickie Energy Balancer " which takes about 10 minutes if they are fairly normal. With them laying face down... 1. connect with your hands the top of the spin and the sacrum 2. Do a Spinal Flush where you massage the Neurolymphatic points and reconnect all the meridians running into and around the spine 3. Rock the sacrum for a minute or two, until they relax 4. I now do the " spread the vertabra apart " drill that really helps with scatica. You place one hand on the tailbone and the other hand about midway up the back. Your hands are in an X position. Take a deep breath and push both hands outwards and hold for 10-15 seconds. Do a couple of times. Then do it at about a 15 degree angle off of the hips. Same amount of times. This alone has fixed many a scatica. Onward. 5. Pull the energy down the body, like they do in Mesmerism and in Pranic Healing 6. Now figure 8 them, starting at the head and ending at the feet. I normally do it 3 times, or until I " intuite " it is right. And, now, if you have the time you can have them turn over so they are lying face up and do the front side. (specific steps omitted) With my athletes I normally skip that unless I notice they need it real bad. Then, the simplest " home alone " drill for scatica is to... 1. lay down on your back with both feet fully extended. I also place a 2 " book, or pillow under their neck so there is no neck strain. Then, after they learn the drill they are easily do it for themselves. 2. bring your left knee to your chest and hug it there with both arms as you keep the right leg fully extended (still relaxed). 3. Take a DEEP BREATH and hold, pushing outwards towards your spine as you... 4. ... slowly and gently rock side to side. 5. Do that for 2-3 sets... 6. Then switch feet. 7. Bring your right knee to your chest and hug it there with both arms as you keep the left leg fully extended (and relaxed). 8. Take a DEEP BREATH and hold, pushing otwards towards your spine as you... 9. ... slowly and gently rock side to side. 10. Do that for 2-3 sets... 11. When finished, roll over to your stomach and get up from that position. This has worked really well for all my athletes. If they are really tight, then I have them go into a hot spa for about 10-15 minutes first. If you need more, let me know. Have fun. John M. La Tourrette Ps. I'm reposting this to the group.
