Handchakra crystals?

Greetings Erik..

 

Just in the last month or so I have been using a flourite in my left hand and a

clear quartz cluster that has some black tourmaline in it, for my right hand. I

have felt this has been very good for my palm chakras as well!!! It also feels

very energizing, and when I change hands the energy is somehow gentler.

It seems to 'clear' my mind also.

The amethyst cluster I tried to clean is a healing stone, I

discovered after meditating on it. I don't know yet *how* to use it,

but I hope to gain some inspiration from this interesting group.

 

I have another question. I meditated with a fluorite in my left hand

and (I felt I needed this for energetic equilibrium) a clear quartz

in my right. It seemed to balance and energize my palmchakras, which

felt as a very good preparation for giving reiki.

Do others have similar experiences/ practices?
