Guest guest
>>>For me it varies; sometimes it is natural music ... I especially enjoy listening to cd's with thunder/lightning on them ... but I;ve also been known to meditate and do self-treatments to Duran Duran & John Taylor cd's!!!!! llb Hazel>> Whew! I was going to feel like the odd person out <G> When hubby & I lay down with our stones we often listen to some pretty heavy duty music.....like Godsmack etc. When the music vibrates heavily....so do the stone people. I figure they must not mind or they would have let us know. Speaking of this, my buddy that is into all of this, her Mother is into it as well.....and they live together. They went home last night with a couple of crystal clusters and decided to get out some of her Mom's bells that she collects. She chose a brass one. She was soooo excited that she called me first thing this morning to tell me of their little *experiment*. They lined up a few of the stones, and rang the bell over them. Some of the stones reacted differently. Some made the *gong* noise much longer than others. She was just fascinated by it all. So...guess what we will be trying tonite ?? <G> http://www.scentsappeal.net ---------- --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Guest guest
Hi Caroline, I found that music by Pat Metheny (forgive my mis-spellings if they happen...) is very relaxing, he had a wonderful album with Charlie Hayden. I also try to ask my patients if there's anything they'd like to hear, something that makes them feel better, more relaxed, and if they name an album that I have- I put it on. Chopin and Beethoven can do the trick as well, but it might reduce to tears, so there's a very delicate line there..
