I like to try and sit for at least 5 mins every day with my amethyst master

healing crystal, and my smoky quartz healing cluster. Amethyst in left

hand; smoky quartz in right.

 

I find this very energising & balancing for my entire body; and especially

like to use it before & after a healing session
