Linking elements to business success or failure is also relevant to

the group......particularly if someone were to pick up the idea and

use it as part of coaching strategy for business people......rather

than using say Myers Briggs one could identify elements, their

strengths and weaknesses and how their energies would flip out if

stressed for example. This would then give them a drill to be

successful regardless of their elemental type....

 

It could also be incorporated into leadership training and

communication skills training....

Yes, I agree that business " talk " is not part of this group.

 

Please notice that my " take " was on the Elements, and which

Elements

specifically are best for business, and which Elements have

difficulty with business...

 

...which is a slightly different and energy based technology,

which

does loosly fit this group, hopefully? And, if it doesn't great.

It's gone!

 

Also, the point that many Water elements are deficient in the

energy

of the Root Chakra, also causes problems with them " materializing "

their dreams, of them achieving anything for themselves and for

others...

 

...that is the meaning of " groundedness " ...the ability to bring an

idea or desire from the mental stage into the physical world.

 

And " groundedness " is necessary in all situations in anyone's

life,

is it not?

 

...so, one that is not grounded will not feel safe nor secure in

the

physical world.

 

...if one is not grounded, they will have difficulty in belonging

anywhere.

 

...they will have fear that they cannot trust themselves to

materialize their own goals.

 

...they will feel totally alone and unsupported by anyone in the

entire world...

 

The mental, emotional and physical ramifications of a weak, fear

based Root Chakra are many.

 

...and, getting back to Chris's post, the more common dysfunctions

that can be created as a result of these fear patterns are chronic

lower back pain, sciatica, varicose veins, rectal difficulties,

tumors and cancerous outbreaks located in these areas of the body.

 

So, the subject of " business " was a reality based metaphor for

Primary Secrets of Internal Manifestation...

 

...regardless of whether one is looking for health, wealth,

security

or love.

 

I've been around Donna during some of her private sessions with

clients, sometimes even video taping them for the client, so that

the client has a record, a visual memory of what " else " transpired

during the session besides " tracing meridians " ...

 

...usually a lot of advice about life negative energies and life's

positive energies...

 

...especially relating to the Chakras and the Elements, and the

fears that are located in them...

 

Just a " few thoughts " about a portion of Donna's work that many

don't seem to notice.
