Is there something else I should tell her to do to prevent and stop the nausea? Thank you! AndreaI actually experienced this a couple times before myself, although it did take much more for me to experience that nausea feeling. Some of the first couple times I did a spinal flush on myself, or when I cleared many of the other lymphatics (as outlined by Donna) I felt REAL sick for 2 days. I was nauseous and my head was very cloudy. I had trouble thinking clearly and my balance was a bit off. After a couple days, when I felt better, I did do some research. Although I don't remember where I found it (it might have been on this list, in the back posts), I found that sometimes when people are very, very clogged, releasing all those toxins at once does tax the body, hence the nausea and such. Believe me, It is NOT fun. So what I did instead was to do less at first more consistently and work myself up to doing more, instead of going overboard and making myself feel worse. It possible that your coworker DOES need to clear those lymphatics, and to do them DAILY, gradually building up to doing more. When the lymphatics have been stagnant for a while, the lymph does get pretty nasty. Ever see a septic tank get severely neglected and back up into the house? Stuff in the sink and bath tub that is NEVER supposed to be there? That was a real crappy day! Again, it is NOT fun. It does need to be taken care of and maintained regularly, just as the lymphatic system does. It does require appropriate action. It does require some attention, because problems don't usually just go away because they get ignored. Usually they get much worse, causing MUCH worse problems later on. As Doc said in his post, you can choose to use the KC point and ignore the chest lymphatics. I would pay close attention to the 3 previous paragraphs he wrote instead, though. As usual, test for what is appropriate. Gary Graves P.S. I seem to remember that for me, doing lymphatics on an empty stomach does make me feel worse, in terms of the nauseous feelings. So before meals is not a good idea, at least for me.
