Yes Barb, I have taken valerian and melatonin together, but mostly

have adjusted to only melatonin, taking only one 3mg tablet as I

crawl into bed. I like to take valerian during the daytime also

should I get nervous. Leslie

Hi Leslie, thanks for the info, I have

both, been taking the valerian in the day, & will try the

melatonin tonight. I don't have a problem falling asleep, it's

staying asleep, and I don't get beyond the alpha state
