Guest guest
Thomas here. I hope message finds you all in good spirits. I had a bit of a concern in regards to rebounding exercise and the neurolymphatic points. As i mentioned previously, I purchased a mini trampoline and i did see benefits within the first three days of using, namely more energy and more lower body endurance. Taking the stairs has become much easier since using the minitrampoline. My energy levels stay constant throughout the day and i even fall off to sleep quite fast. However, something very strange happened. I became sick on monday evening and had trouble breathing, which is odd for me. I became congested, which was surprising to me because there was no obvious reason why this should be the case. I believe the speed of my recovery was due in part to my application of the Hook Up Technique created by Mrs. Donna Eden. I had a strong urge to do it as I lay in bed that night, partly because it's quickly becoming my favorite exercise to perform. My breathing eased and i was able to sleep quite peacefully. Another thing that is troubling is that this evening, I discovered a sore point on the flesh over my heart, which i believe is a neurolymphatic point. It seems to correspond to the images in the Energy Medicine text. I rubbed it quite deeply for about 5 minutes, and thought nothing more of it. However, upon getting the bathe, i discovered that the area over my heart is now very visible swollen. I'll admit that i'm worried and my query is this: Is it normal for a person to become ill after bouncing on the minitrampoline? My first guess was that it was related to the neurolymphatics because of similar experiences with My spleen and liver neurolymphatics. Both were quite swollen and painful for a day or so, until the swelling and pain disappear suddenly. Kind regards, Thomas
