Nope. I'm still around, but I've chosen NOT to publicly post to that

group...but to continue to support those I choose to support on that

group, but to support them privately.

But, it ain't going to happen.

 

Something happened over there that is totally against my values and

my beliefs about Energy Medicine, and what she did is NOT supported

by Energy Medicine...

 

....so, since I still support Energy Medicine and Donna Eden, but I

will no longer support the owner of that group, I went out and

started up my own healing focused group, healingenergies-

essentialskills on .

 

We've been up and going a week now and have about 135 people...

 

....many of them you know and respect.

 

If you decide to " join us also " ...you would be welcomed with open

arms...

 

....and it's your choice.

My first aha, was that it had not been tested for, and that someone

was attempting to get results a quick and easy way, instead of a

method that has long lasting results.

 

I also teach tutors how to train young adults to be better at math,

reading skills, etc.

Sometimes when I forget/procrastinate to take vitamine C and MSM,

after about 2 weeks it seems like I'm also suffering from a case

of " instant stupid " , and a concrete slab for a body.

 

I cannot tell you how important it is to take 3,000 mgs of Vit C,

three times a day!

 

The brain works better. The body works better. The joints work

better.

 

Then, I've noticed that the MSM doesn't seem to do much, because

it's a slow regeneration process...

 

....but, the strength is then there, the flexibility is then there,

the ligaments do their job better...

YES!

 

Because the vitamins were not enough, the MSM was not enough, BUT

when I added Energy Drills to that healing mix, miracles occured!

 

BUT, when I just do the energy drills, not much happens.

 

It seems like it's the combination.

 

For example, on Monday night prior to my " fighting class " , my body

felt about as flexible as concrete slab...

 

So I had another instructor start the class while I went outside and

did thos DAMN energy drills...

 

You know the ones...the ones we all know about but neglect to do

because we " get too busy " ...

 

Anyway, I come back inside, take over the class, and I just start

whomping on those guys (in a loving manner, of course)...

 

I'm centered. I'm fast. I'm flexible. I'm alert. I think quick, and

react even quicker...

 

God darn, I love that stuff!

 

So I normally do the drills TWICE as day...

 

Once in the shower and after the shower (it's too small for

Connecting Between Heaven and Earth)...

 

....and once before I train my athletes.
