New way to reduce cholesterol... naturally

Hi John;

The answer to the central question of fat intake is that

cholesterol does not cause atherosclerosis or heart disease. As

many people who have normal cholesterol as whose cholesterol is

high die of heart disease.

The real risk marker is the degree of oxidation, not cholesterol

itself. Only two labs in the USA do those tests.

To reduce oxidation, avoid free radical bearing oils, the

polyunsaturates and saturates, and take foods and even supplements

containing antioxidants.

Dr. Matthias Rath, former partner of the late Linus Pauling, now

has TWO retail formulae that correct borderline scurvy and claim to

" cure heart disease " . They are based on vitamin C and amino acids,

similar to the approach I've been using for years.

The difference is that I prefer to increase the body's main and

essential antioxidant glutathione, which recycles the other,

nonessential antioxidants in the body as well as performing duties

they can not. And I suggest an antioxidant program rather than just

vitamin C because all of the antioxidants work together.

The amino acids rebuild fresh and resilient tissues including

artery walls, in a good bid for rejuvenation.
