marketing/advertising for practice?

As a new practitioner, with a private practice- I was just wondering

what some of you have done to market yourself/advertise to let people

know of your services? I recently placed an ad in the local paper that

has a physician listing, and am looking into the " yellowpages " as well.

Any suggestions from those of you in practice is greatly appreciated! I

have a handful of patients, but would like to be sure that I am doing

the right things to keep my new business running.
