Dear Colleagues

 

Go to this DHHS website and read this 122 page document and THEN send some

GREAT comments on and for our porfession BEFORE 9/3/02. This is what the US

government is looking for so let's NOT fall on our faces as we did as a

profession as a whole regarding the CAM codes for Acupuncture & OM. Let's GET

involved in this project to the betterment of all acupuncturists.

By the way - I have in my hand and am reviewing the FIRST Class action

Anti-trust case that should be filed sometime next week (in Florida) or no

later than the following week. It's here and moving forward. This is a

Florida Citizen Class action against a major carrier for their part in

discriminatory reimbursements regarding acupuncture.
