Being pessimistic is a habit... ....usually caused by being raised by other pessimists, like parents, school authorities, Church participation, etc. ....and until that habit is changed, morphed into someone more positive habit, the Radiant Energies will be stopped cold by the Triple Warmer. And, just reducing the Triple Warmer and NOT changing the habit is no more effective than dragging your hand in water. The water will flow away from the hand, but the water trough will immediately fill up again. Optimism is a Habit of Thought When you change the habit of pessimism to a habit of " all behavior has some positive intention. People make the best choices they perceive are available to them " , then you are building a good foundation. When you change the beliefs that cause pessimism you are " Parting the Red Sea " . When you change the Values that cause the beliefs that cause the pessimism that cause negative behavior, then you are " walking on water " . When you change your identity that causes the Values that cause the beliefs that cause the pessimism that cause negative behavior, then you are immortal! LOL! YES, humor is great for getting the Radiant Energies going. Then again, if one is a mismatcher, or a polarity responder and always looking on the negative side, then they tend to have a tendency to NOT have a normal sense of humor. So, I'd have him pick someone that has an attitude he likes and appreciates, then have him see if he can learn their behaviors by doing what he appreciates they do. This can be done with NLP Modeling, being sure to add in both Inside and Outside modeling... ....this can be done with Cranial Tapping, both sides with the workable protocol given in Donna's and David's book... ....this can be done with hypnosis when the proper pictures, words and feelings are associated into, with whole mind thinking... This can be STARTED with EFT, but will need other technologies for new habit installation. It can be done with the belief submodality shift. A new self-image can be easily and quickly (about 20 seconds after the prep work) with a SWISH pattern done by an expert... Blab, blab, blab... ....so many different ways to do it. ps.
