Hi Bernadette,

 

I would start with the archives of the list. They're as good or better

than many books. Just start with message #1 and read forward. Many

people and books are mentioned, write out a list and look for them on

Amazon or Google.

Also get " Energy Medicine " by Donna Eden. It'll make understanding the

archives much easier and, for $12 (through amazon), it's a great deal

for all the information you get.
