Depends on if you want the 'gospel' or if you want something to work with segment intending. And whether or not you go by what YOU'VE MODELED Donna actually doing, or how someone wrote it up in their own notes. Modeling accurately is a great skill and one learned over time with much practice in NLP. So I am curious... What specifically do you want to achieve? Your goal will cause you to adapt and modify the drill of the Diaphram Breath. Pushing down is okay. You want to go to the 2nd chakra with that 'push and hold'. And if your are constipated... Combine that DB with some 'Super-Water', with the Belt Flow, with the Ileocecal Value opening, with 3 minutes on the rebounder... And you are clear.
