Very good point, a " pattern " that does NOT " positively " serve the

client.

Yes.

I would say that this happens " always " . The type of pattern is

caused by their meta-programs about " away-froms " and " towards " .

Some people will hurt their knee, and think, " I'm crippled for

ever " . Other people will get the same injury, and think, " I'll be

okay in a day or two " .

Both, even with actually physical trauma, self-fullfilling

prophecies.

You could.

Good Time Line will help when you add in necessary resources, and

the " as if " frame. Details available.

I didn't notice anyone answering this one.

The states of hypnotic induction do NOT have to be deep, they just

have to be congruent with your current beliefs.

I had knee surgery. I believed I'd be okay the next day, so I had

filming scheduled to film me doing " Panther Set " . The knee was sore.

I erased the pain. Did Panther Set. Turned out fine. The knee still

took weeks to be pain free unless I worked on it. The working on it

was both physical, energitic and mental. More if desired.

A month later...

....I'm walking into my office, and my biker friend looks at we

walking and says, " It still hurts that bad hunnnn? "

I told him " it doesn't hurt " .

He asked, " then why are you limping? "

I never even knew that I was limping.

I decided it was time to change that. So I asked myself the

question, " if I could walk 'as if' my knee was healed, how would I

walk? " I then got 'in touch' with the propioceptives and the

viscerals of that " feeling " . Focused concentration on what

you 'want' is a form of hypnosis.

Then I started walking, and the limp was gone and it was gone

instantly.

Then there was the time I broke my back. The MD told me I couldn't

train for 6 months to a year. I was training pain free within 7

days...and with the MD's permission. That's another story.

Doc, Thanks for all the great ideas in this post.

I'll be using the information to help model my own energy

repatterning processes, inserting them into my timeline, etc. Good

news is that I've already got the congruency down with regard to my

own hxxxed knee.

And yes I desire to know more!

Sincerely,

Lori
