A bit about the diaphragm drill

Hello,

I had a concern about the Diaphragm drill, the drill in which a person hold the

diaphragm and holds his breath to send oxygen throughout the body.

I was performing it last night and i noticed something very odd, something which

I have not noticed before: As I was performing it, I started to feel a pressure

on my lower abdomen, as if the space where my genitals and belly button were

filling with blood. Not painful in the slightest, just odd to me.

As I stood there perplexed, I wondered if my recent Oral Chelation excursion has

something to do with it. If you recall, You provided me with some very valuable

information in regards to making the therapy more effective, all of which i have

taken to heart and used, with the exception of " keeping the radiant circuits

active " . That one appears to need some soul searching on my part, and I am

searching:)

I'm also taking 2 grams of vitamin c 3x's a day in pill form.

Now...

I read Donna Eden's description of the benefits of performing the exercise, as

well as your recent sharing about its usefulness, and she mentions enhanced

circulation as a benefit.

I'm curious as to whether or not the increased blood flow to the area is due to

the combination of the diaphragm drill( which i am performing daily), the

vitamin C, and the Oral Chelation therapy I'm under going (capsules containing

Garlic powder and Vitamin C)?

Kinds Regards to you all,

Thomas
