The Celtic Weave and a few ideas...

Maximize your drills!

Just three ways I've found to increase the performance of my

routine, which you may like:

1. Once I've created an energy surplus in my hands, right before

making the moves of the celtic weave drill, I try different sorts of

energy, I suck through lao gong the energy of the earth, then I

spiral downwards the energy of the sky, then I pore breathe the

energy of the human plan called " universal " in Mantak Chia's

terminology.

Different feelings (or hallucinations)

Then, one really nice thing is to complement this energy your're

going to use on your aura with a thought-form! try placing one, the

Ha-rite way, in your surplus, it will nicely melt in your aura!

2. I stole this one from Vince: find a confortable position to rest

your arms, and spend your entire centering drill holding your

neurovasculars!

3. I've done all my chakras everyday for 5 weeks (I don't recommend

you do that, it takes 42 minutes, it's just that I don't trust my

self-testing enough to select the chakras in need, so I apply

the 'overhauling " priciple of Gary Craig). Now, you can do this

while hitting the special position at the core of the Alexander

method (google on that).I've just realised that I could do one more

thing! Listen to a brain entrainment CD at the same time! I've

nicked the " awakening prologue " (Holosync) from a friend, but you

can use the Sylva alpha brainwave. It's probable the clearing and

strengthening your chakras is even more efficient while at level!

Have fun!

Pierre (distorting time as he can)
