INTRO-I love the diversity of interest here in energy healing

hi everyone -

 

oooohhhh....please let me expand! i was only given 200 characters to

apply to this group - there's so much more to me than 200 mediocre

characters!

 

first, i don't use caps when i type - sorry.

 

second, i was introduced to energy medicine over the summer...i know

i've had intense asking for this type of material for years, and

literally, it seemed like donna's book, energy medicine leapt off of

the shelf and was practically begging me to take it home. and i've

been stoked in sheer awe, inspiration, gratitude, and fascination at

every page. i've ordered her 6 hour dvd set and am probably going to

attend one of her 5 day intensive workshops.

 

third, i'm a huge fan of EFT, a former school psychologist

turned " psycho " by traditional training, and a big fan of abraham-

hicks, law of attraction, and the movie " The Secret " . recently i was

turned onto huna which i'm really looking foward to delving into more

deeply as i have deep ties to this particular tradition, i can feel it

in my bones. i find stuart lichtman's materials fascinating, but his

voice and writing is so dry - it puts me to sleep.

 

lastly, i love meditating, do it regularly and find that doing

grounding and centering meditations most beneficial as other

meditation techniques get me too far into theta - and it seems hard

for me to get grounded back into my body. i've heard about remote

viewing, discussed it at meditaiton classes and explore it somewhat on

kelly howell's brain sync site.

 

that said, really looking forward to this group experience, i'm a

newbie but i'm smart...and have small kids at home so i might seem

scattered at times...but i promise i'll get it and take thought beyond.
