Barbara Ann, It was my arm that Doc healed. And if you watch the DVD, in my flabbergasted response I asked him how he did it. He said he did it with a thought form. Well, I had been trying for a long time to get my arm to heal and nothing worked. After Doc healed it so effortlessly I was really annoyed that I hadn't been able to do it myself. So when I got home I wanted to practice that skill but nobody I knew was currently injured, so I beat the hell out of a friend. Just kidding. What I did was using the same method I put the arm back to its injured state. Then I couldn't get it to heal again. Oops. I actually had to practice for 3 days before I got it to heal again. Now I can do it anytime. Pretty cool. -Doug
