No! It's NOT the Triple Warmer's fault.

Hi Sue, I loved your response, very good. Move down the page and

I'll throw in my comments as they occur to me.

I learned a long time ago to leave a portion of EVERY DAY for me,

doing what I LIKE DOING, and NOT doing what others want me to do for

them!

My point being, even if I did the Donna Drills and still focused on

what others wanted and enjoyed, and ignored what I wanted and

enjoyed, the Donna Drills DID NOT WORK for more than a minute or two.

Many of us have. The recovery period is when you are focused on YOU,

and what you need, psychologically, emotionally, and sometimes just

taking time off from others. (Notice I'm an introvert? Extraverts

have a different method for recharging.)

A vacation is NOT relaxing! It's one of the most stressed out time

in anyone's life.

So, to have the Radiant Circuits kick into gear it is so important

to know what turns on YOUR OWN Radiant Circuits. Then DO THAT

regularily.

I do that, daily.

Yes, but it's NOT the fault of the Triple Warmer! It's the fault of

the conscious mind, making decisions and adopting tasks that are NOT

turning on the Radiant Circuits.

The Triple Warmer is OUR FRIEND, helping us survive in the best way

an instinctual gene programed response can.

So, a BETTER WAY to normalize the Triple Warmer is to NOTICE WHAT IS

CAUSING it to go bonkers!

Then find better ways to assist the Triple Warmer, the Spleen, and

the OTHER RADIANT CIRCUITS to work in harmony.

>and since it is for survival, it gets to take

> the energy when it feels it needs it. So, you run out of energy

>in the other meridians and systems. Crash....

Yes, BUT, this is the result, NOT the cause. When you eat a

wonderful dinner, hours later you need to go to the bathroom and get

rid of the drosses. That does NOT mean that eating a wonderful

dinner is bad for you. Drosses are a natural process of body

cleansing.

What is happening before eating the wonderful dinner is the

decisions that come into play, the emotions that come into play, etc.

And that dinner can be chocolate cake and ice cream. It takes years

of a negative diet to screw with the system enough to harm it.

Unless of course you eat a handful of jalepenos in your salad, and

you'll notice a very " hot " " burning " sensation in your lower behind,

normally within a hour or so.

And it's NOT your Triple Warmer that is causing the gastro-burn, and

the butt-burn. It's not your stomach having a problem. It's NOT the

jalepenos even.

You just ate the wrong amounts of a certain food.

Or, you can be angry at a job situation, and still attempt to eat a

meal. Then the meal turns to lead in your gut and does not digest

properly.

You just had the wrong emotions running through you as you ate good

food, and the emotions turned the food to poison.

Now back flushing Triple Warmer and thumping Speen 21 will help to

metabolize that lump of lead in your gut...

....but a BETTER WAY is to change your thoughts and your attitudes

BEFORE eating.

Then the natural physical processes (I and Donna consider the

ENERGIES to be a natural physical process also) can do what they do

the best.

Now, sometimes we get a great factory knife, but the knife needs

some sharpening for a special use.

I consider tuning the energies the same way. If you want all your

energies humming in a certain positive way before going out to

lunch, that's real easy to do.

If you want your energies humming a certain positive way before

going out on a date, that's real easy to do.

I love that Edgar Cayce quote. Unfortunately it'd take an entire

article to explain it. The necessary assumptions and beliefs to

validate it, most people don't have. I personally love it. The

ultimate form of " living at cause " .

This other person's reply to you???

She'll never do what it takes to fix what her problems really are.

I'm amazed at your persistence in attempting to explain anything to

her.

She's NOT taken any of the great advice you've given her and used

it.

The good news is, " maybe someone else has read it and ran with it " .

I certainly loved your last 4 posts.

Sincerely,
