From time to time, I have a version of this problem - if I remember

correctly, Cayce called it 'poor elimination'. I have a 4-pronged

approach:

 

1. Megadose Vitamin B complex

2. Improve diet.

3. Reiki et al to clear the stagnant energy & blockages, not just in

under the eyes but liver, kidneys and meridians.

4. 'Pulsing' the muscles underneath the area to promote bloodflow.
