Hi Mary,

 

I mostly do NOT pay attention to the negative.

 

I do NOT read newspapers.

 

I do NOT listen to gossip.

 

I do NOT dwell on the " worse " that can happen.

 

Anyone know why not?

 

And I made that decision back in the early 70's.
