A couple of simple drills you can do right now that will increase

your flexibility instantly are...

 

1. Massage deeply all around the inside of the rib cage

 

2. Massage the inner thighs (Small Intestine lymphatics)

 

3. Massage the outer thighs (Large Intestine lymphatics)

Triple Warmer can be a REAL BITCH when you don't realize what is

happening, but can be easily normalized by doing Donna Eden's

drills, and accompaning those drills with Energy psychology tapping
