How a professional fighter used energies to win

I am assuming that someone so in touch with their body would do this instinctively without all of the Doc stuff going through his mind, which is the state we are striving for; to have all the circuits running correctly and be in touch with our energy bodies enough to let instinct take over as it did in this fighter's situation.

Not only physically, but in the mental realm as well. That is, being unconsciously competant in stressful situations.

Thanks for the reallife example,

There is this professional fighter, his name is Fedor. He’s very good.In a match I watched yesterday, he was moving forward and he lost his balance. What is neat is HE NOTICED HE LOST HIS BALANCE...MOST PEOPLE WOULD “NOT†NOTICE....and he did something about it.MOST PEOPLE DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO TO FIX IT!Fedor backed up just outside of his opponent’s range and started bouncing back and forth on the balls of his feet. That type of bouncing activates the follow:1.It switches the energy flow from homolateral (straight up and down) to normal (crossing over).2.It activates the K-1’s, the well-springs of life (on the bottoms of the feet just before the arch) so that all the meridians of the body where instantly jump-started.3.If the energies are running backwards it restarts them moving forward.4.It is done with the feet about 18 inches apart and

doing small figure 8’s so the grounding is done. 5.It is done from a small crouch so that the Z-fold is activated therefore the Chakras and meridians are correctly hooked up through the belt-flow and the equator.6.It unifies mind, body and spirit for action by being in coordinated constant motion. It took only seconds to reconnect in motion. While Fedor was reconnecting his opponent attacked...Like a cat Fedor exploded inwards, stop-timing his opponent and smashed through his face with a right punch.Guess who won?John La Tourrette, PhD
