I would first look at what they are doing, or not doing. I would ask them how are they " off track " ? What would they have to do to be " on track " ? What is " upside down " and how would they know it is " right side up " ? Where specifically do they wish to " get to " ? What are they doing right now? How is it working or not working? (two totally different topics) What do they want instead? What do they think is stopping them? (Proactive or reactive) Then find the negative states they have 'charges' on. Then find the positive resources they need to 'charge more'. Blab, blab, blab... My point being, we can help her,but first she needs to spend some thought on the above so we have a 'launching pad' for working with her and helping her. We and she needs much more than she has given in her introduction. Now, does she trust us enough to have someone of experience assist her in learning how to achieve what she wants, versus achieving what she does NOT want more and more of? We will know soon.
