Bowel tolerance determines the higher amounts. I have no problem with 3,000 each time. Small people should start with 1,000 3 times a day and them up the amount when there is no bowel problems. If any stomach problesm (there shouldn't be), just take a 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and add it to the vitamine C powder. >I see it acts as a natural laxative. Guest guest
In addtion to Docs suggestions, you also might try one of several aryuvedic herbs, all of which are anti-inflamatory. These include: Bosewellia, or Tumeric(the active compound being curcumin) or Ginger. In addition omega 3 fat in the form of fish oils are particularly good natural antiinflammatory agents. Gary - docspeed2001 Sunday, August 07, 2005 11:40 PM I LOVE and APPRECIATE those who do their energy homework! > I have had this 'Tennis Elbow' injury for over one> year now and > despite steroid injections it is still bothering me.Steroids also "mess" with the Liver.> I wonder if you > would be able to confirm if I am heading in the> right directionOkay.
