This seminar will address major issues facing not only internal

stylists, but also non-martial artists who seek to increase their

internal energy for health, vitality and well – being.

 

Topics that will be covered, but not limited to include:

·Grounding, Rooting and Opening the Joints to allow Chi to flow

through

·Preliminary exercises to sink Chi into the Body

·Energy Cultivation using Chi Kung procedures and exercises

·How to feel the Chi flow and what to do with it

 

The Cost for this Seminar is as follows for two FULL days:

diagnosis, manipulation, deep tissue massage, herbology (if

indicated), acupuncture and moxabustion (if indicated), as well as

intensive energy work.)
