Guest guest
My significant other sees a practioner of Chinese medicine every year. She walks in. He stares at her. No needles. No dialogue. Pure mystique. Then he tells her EVERYTHING that is wrong with her body, then sells her $140 of herbs. This guy has made some serious diagnoses, such as: lead poisoning, toxins from fresh fish, and predicts when stressful events will come and go. All, without any kind of reading of her body or dialogue. He keeps no files. Her last trip to this guy, she was advised to stop eating meats, but smoking cigs was ok. I'm very skeptical at this point and wish to get more info. on Chinese medicine before I go see this guy myself. I wish to get cursory info. on common, recommended diagnosis practices. I'm guessing (since he's an acupuncturist) that he practices shiatsu??
