Espcially whern dealing with problem people. It's nice because you can do it without them noticing. > 2. I make sure I go into a deep hypnotic trance, for about 10 minutes, twice a day. Once when I wake up. The other time when I go to bed. (This is in addition to working on projects remotely) I was having all sorts of problems sleeping. I'd wake up at every little sound, and felt like crap when i got up.Then I realized I was not relaxing before going to sleep. By just relaxing and letting the days B.S. go away, even if it is something that I couldn't finish, I slept very well. And when I woke up using meditiation so I can prepare for the day without stress. Because I've noticed something.......it doesn't matter in any situation if you are stressed or not! I mean...ok, you get to work and your meeting has been moved to today. You have to get 8 hours worth of work in 2 hours or you'll be late and fail and get fired and loose your house, ect. But, in that moment when you find out the meeting has been moved you have a choice, to stress and be fucked up, or not to stress and do everything in your power to make that meeting a success. I find that although stress adds a bit of pep in my step, it doesn't actually help me get the job done better, it just leaves me sick. Instead I prepare by seeing the meeting going very, very well getting what I want and moving on with everybody very happy with the outcome. > > 3. Sometimes it's hard to do. So I tell myself, " I like myself, I like myself, I like myself... " Several times so I can accept who I am. Then going into that deep relaxation is simple to do. Me too! Because if I don't like me who else will? > > 4. After the body normalizes with deep relaxation, then I do the Rooster Crown to hook up the proper hormonal cleansing... > > 5.
