I am new to Vitamins, alternate medicines and organic foods. I learnt

very quickly not to be taken in with what people tell me. I do alot

of research before I approach the doctor, naturopath etc. I am

treating my 4 year old who has a malignancy and I need to be sure of

what I am getting. Look at what you need, will it benefit you (not

the general public) are you getting value for money, is it going to

react with other drugs etc, what side effects can it cause, etc.

There are alot of 'quacks' out there who are also salespeople. There

are also genuine practitioners that actually care too.
