Guest guest
Please, nothing to complain about. It simply appears that we have a mis-print here. 1000 milligrams mg per gram is the equality. A level teaspoon is four grams of Vitamin C or Sugar. A Cola may say that it contains 39 grams of sugar. 100 grams is about 25 teaspoons. There are 454 grams in a pound, so 200 grams is almost half a pound. I agree that some very few people may be taking 100 grams a day in an IV, but they have a special MD. Only it seems that the amount is unusual as Pauling himself took a maximum of 18 grams per day per his writing. This is written only to clear up the measurements. Since I have read most everything Pauling wrote on Vitamins I feel there is something missing here. It would seem that it should be 1000 or 2000 milligrams, not 100 or 200 grams. Hope this helps.
