How many pounds of Vitamin C do you take daily?

At present, I buy ascorbic acid tablets (1,000 mg x 500

tablets) from GNC monthly. GNC has a deal with 50% off second

bottle plus 20% discount with their gold card. I am gonna switch

to ascorbic acid crystals once I locate a cheaper supplier. I have

heard that it is sold to meat packing plants in quantity for use in

making salami & cost is way lower (about $6 a pound) than in health

food stores. But no firm information yet.

What type of Vitamin C do you buy and where do you usually buy it?
