My niece who has 4 children, washes her apples in sterilizing fluid (the sort

that you clean babies bottles in) and I really wish she wouldn't - I just

cannot get her to listen though. We do sell fruit/veg cleaners here but I

would not trust them, probably worse than the pesticides that we are trying

to get rid of. Peroxide is not something that I have had a great deal to do

with but I do believe that there are some that use it for 'whitening' teeth!.

Not sure that we have Clorox so cannot comment on that one.
