Dear Group,

 

For those members who are not familiar with the group resources, I

will try and list a few.

 

Members can search through over 8,000 messages, that have been posted

to the group, by going to the home page of our group at:

There, just put in your search terms and search for specific items of

your interest.

 

There is also a small but very good links section on our site at:

 

Gettingwell/links

 

where you can go to specific subjects on the web or to some very good

all purpose sites about using natural methods for healing.

 

With these resources you can get much more indepth research on

various subjects instead of just posting a question and expecting

everyone else in the group to research it for you.

 

Although cross pollination of information is very important and the

basis for these groups, normally you should also research any conerns

that you have about your health issues.

 

It is your health that is at stake and you should educate yourself

about your own health.

 

A knowledge base is built up over a period of time, and is

accumulated, so it is much more than any one person can normally have

at their fingertips at any one time.

 

Our list of links is still smalll, but growing. If any members have

any good suggestions for a possible link, please forward it to me in

an email for possible inclusion into our links section.

 

Please keep in mind that the link must be informative and for the

good of the group and not just to benefit a commercial interest, so

all have to be evaluated as to how much information and at what

amount of salesmanship is involved, etc.

 

Most of our links are of a non-commercial nature.

 

Anyway, try the above suggestions about performing searchs and doing

research using our links section at the addresses above. Then when

you are somewhat knowledgeable discuss your various concerns with

others.

 

Also, I will try and add a general search engine like " Google " there

so you can also perform complete web searches for any given subject.
