Guest guest
[Paranormal_Research] Diabetics seek legal counsel NOW! before your rights expires! http://www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com/diabetes.htm http://vaccines.net/newpage18.htm http://www.diabetesinterview.com/archive/december/dec2-00.shtml Vaccines Proven To Be Largest Cause of Insulin Dependent Diabetes in Children. Diabetics Advised to Seek Legal Counsel Now, Before Their Right to Compensation Expires. Dr. J. Bart Classen, an immunologist at Classen Immunotherapies, presented data yesterday at the International Public Conference on Vaccination which proved vaccines are the largest cause of Insulin Dependent Diabetes in Children. His data indicated that vaccines cause approximately 80% of cases of insulin dependent diabetes in children who have received multiple vaccines starting after 2 month of life. Dr. Classen presented data supporting a causal relationship between many different vaccines and the development of insulin diabetes. His data included the pertussis, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, hemophilus influenza and others. The data indicated people with vaccine induced diabetes may not develop the disease until 4 or more years after receiving a vaccine. Lawyers attending the conference and who reviewed the data, advise diabetics to seek legal counsel at once. The government provides compensation for vaccine induced injuries however there is a statute of limitations. Insulin dependent diabetes cost the patient about $1 million over their life time. Dr. Classen’s research has been published in numerous journals and featured in national news reports. ___ Michael R. Hugo, Esq., an attorney who also handles vaccine-injury cases for Hugo and Pollack, LLP of Boston, says the statute of limitations for people with diabetes seeking financial compensation for their injuries is completely a matter of state law. " In most states, it is three years from the date of discovery that someone was harmed by a vaccine, " says Hugo. " Also, in most states, there is a period of time where the statute of limitations does not even begin to run until the child reaches the age of majority for that state. " Shoemaker agrees with Hugo that statutes of limitation for states are quite variable. He adds there are many injuries a person with diabetes can suffer, " and suffering any of it qualifies one for compensation. " In order for a type 1 to seek compensation for a vaccine-related injury, according to Hugo, a doctor would have to tell a person with diabetes that their injuries are possibly vaccine-induced. Hugo says this would be difficult to prove, " as there is no credible science yet that would make that a likely diagnosis. " Vaccine Lawyers http://thinktwice.com/lawyers.htm This section lists lawyers, law firms, and other organizations dedicated to supporting individuals who a) were damaged by vaccines and are seeking compensation through the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, b) are being harassed by vaccine authorities, or c) are seeking assistance regarding their religious right to avoid immunizations. ____________ Attorney: Hugo and Pollack, LLP 440 Commercial Street 2nd Floor Boston, MA 02109 Phone: 617-973-9777 Fax: 671-589-0789 info §*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§*§ Paranormal_Research - Scientific Data & Health Conspiracies Paranormal_Research Subscribe:...
