The article was a bit of mumbo-jumbo for sure. I read it again. Basically, it said the same thing that Dr. Linus Pauling and Alobar has been telling us. If we want to old ticker to keep working and keep the blood vessels healthy, we need lots of vitamin C. I keep a bottle of SuperGram III on my table and take several throughout the day. It did make a point about Vitamin C and high fat meals. I eat a lot of high fat meals, some are nearly all fat and protein. I usually take a gram of C before the meal and often one after.
