Autism and Vaccine Connection Supported by Water Birth International

 

Water Birth International presents the Gentle Birth World Congress and

Free Baby Expo in Portland, Oregon September 27-30, 2007 at the Oregon

Convention Center.

 

The purpose of the Gentle Birth World Congress and Free Baby Expo is

to change the conversation about birth and maternal/child health care

by uniting health care practitioners of all disciplines. For three

days doctors, midwives, nurses, hospital executives, doulas,

childbirth educators, and parents will explore the controversies and

current issues surrounding the care of mothers, infants, and families;

including the connection between autism and vaccines.

 

Autism and related neuro-developmental disorders are an epidemic. This

is one of the biggest health care issues affecting our children. As

the number of recommended childhood vaccinations continues to

increase; so does the number of children diagnosed with autism and

related disorders.

 

There are a number of wonderful presenters at the Congress and Expo

who will share expert knowledge, experience, and insight into the

epidemic of autism, the truth about vaccines and environmental

influences, and biomedical intervention.

 

***Dr. Stephanie Cave is presenting a full 90 minute Research Update

session at the Congress as well as two informal informational sessions

at the Free Baby Expo. Dr. Cave's book, " What Your Doctor May NOT Tell

You About Childhood Vaccinations " will be available in the Water Birth

International Bookstore in the Exhibit Hall. Dr. Cave is a regular

presenter on vaccine information at DAN! (Defeat Autism Now)

conferences – Dr. Cave's medical practice specializes in healing

children with autism and related disorders – Dr. Cave is also involved

in clinical research studies of biomedical interventions, and is on

the Board of Directors for Unlocking Autism.

***JB Handley, along with his wife Lisa, is the Co-founder of

Generation Rescue; a non-profit organization dedicated to biomedical

treatment of autism, Put Children First; dedicated to sharing the

truth about autism and vaccines, and the Rescue Post where JB is a

journalist sharing the latest information from inside the autism

epidemic – JB is the father of a young son who is recovering from

autism through biomedical intervention.

 

***Dr. John Green is a DAN! Doctor whose practice in Portland, Oregon;

is dedicated to healing children with autism and related disorders –

Dr. Green regularly participates in international think tanks with

regard to autism and is involved in clinical research of neurological

disorders and treatments – Dr. Green also provides out reach to

several international autism treatment centers and published chapters

on 'collaborating to overcome autism' and 'chelation therapy' in

" Recovering Autistic Children " , by Stephen M. Edelson, Ph.D. and

Bernard Rimland, Ph.D.

 

***Dr. Kara Reichart is the Adjunct Assistant Professor of

Anthropology at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill – Dr.

Reichart is the North Carolina State Representative for Unlocking

Autism and created the website Little Canaries dedicated to biomedical

intervention resources. Dr. Reichart is the mother of a young son who

is recovering from autism through biomedical intervention.

 

Hearts are full of thanks to these wonderful folks who were willing

and able to speak on such short notice, to those helping to get the

word out, and to Barbara Harper, the founder of Water Birth

International, for recognizing the potential for healing and solutions

to the autism epidemic.

 

There are many more relevant topics and phenomenal speakers who will

be presenting at the Gentle Birth World Congress, and we recommend you

consider registering for the entire Congress. Joe Dispenza from, 'What

the Bleep Do We Know " will be talking about infant brain development.

Dr. Nils Bergman will be flying in from South Africa. As the developer

of Kangaroo Mother Care, Dr. Bergman will be talking about this and

its' impact on neuro connections for both babies and mothers. Register

The daily rate for a Congress ticket is $150, and the three day ticket
